At Kayonza Mines Organization, we are committed to advancing ethical, safe, and efficient mining practices throughout Uganda. Our mining operations focus on unlocking the full potential of Uganda’s rich mineral deposits by working collaboratively with artisanal and small-scale miners (ASMs). We provide modern mining tools, protective equipment, and technical training to improve extraction techniques, minimize losses, and ensure safer working conditions. By encouraging compliance with national mining laws and international mining standards, we contribute to the formalization and professionalization of the sector.
We also support miners in accessing legal documentation, exploration licenses, and environmental permits, helping them to operate within a transparent and recognized framework. Our field officers and mining engineers work directly with mining cooperatives in remote regions, offering on-site supervision, geological assessments, and technical assistance to optimize yields and preserve mineral integrity. Through these initiatives, we help build a more inclusive and productive mining industry in Uganda.
